Another great live episode this time about the only film directed by Stephen King.

Episode 120 Master of the Universe w/ Tatiana Maslan

I really like these guys but man it bugs me when they don’t know the basis for what a movie is based on.  Still the same they were funny as usual and it actually gave me a new perspective on this movie.

Podcast Rundown July 27, 2015

WOOOOO! Nation with Ric Flair
Episode 12 Jim Cornette
Jim calls in and Ric and he share tales of the Midnight Express, Jim Crockett Promotions, what Jim is up too now and a lot more.

So Ric Flair has s Podcast and you would thinks being a huge Ric Flair fan I would be all over this, well I tried it and I didn't like the first episode.  It was with Kurt Angle and I simply didn't like anything about it.  I didn't really enjoy this one and I think it has to do with the fact that they talked a lot about the JCP days.  I'll check out others now from that time frame.

Colt Cabana’s Art of Wrestling Podcast
Episode 258 Lance Hoyt
Lance talks about breaking into wrestling, how he started with TNA, his cup of coffee in WWE and becoming Big in Japan

Episode 259 Providence LIVE
Featuring Nick Gage, Rich Palladino, Joey Ryan, Steve “The Turtle” Weiner, and Team Tremendous
Recorded live at Fete Music after Beyond Wrestling, a few good stories would like to hear longer podcasts with Nick Gage and Team Trememdous.

Talk is Jericho
Episode 156 Scott Baio
The former team heartthrob talks about his career and his longevity in Hollywood.  It’s clear though that he knows nothing about Chris Jericho.

Episode 159 Raven
Most of this episode is Jericho talking with his son Ash.  The portion with Raven is about 40 minutes long and way, way too short.  He did record more later that evening and will release that later.  The Raven part is fantastic, I can’t wait for the future episode.

Episode 160 Randy Blythe
The Lamb of God lead singer talks about his upcoming book but mostly about his time in a Czech Prison where he spent 37 days on a manslaughter charge.  Very interesting, I will probably buy his book.

Filmed in New York City, as always it’s hilarious and of course Jason Mantzoukas makes 9/11 jokes.

I’ve never seen this movie, nor do I want to.  Not my favorite episode, took me a few tires to get through it.

The Moth Radio Hour

Colt talks to this British wrestler who has been wrestling for over 20 years and is just 36 years old.  He has wrestled in pretty near 10,000 matches in his career.  His accent is a bit thick and talks quickly so open you ears for this one.

Talk is Jericho
Episode 148 Bobby Hull
Bobby Hull a veteran of the NHL and WHA talks about is long storied career with the Chicago Blackhawks and the Winnipeg Jets.  Bobby was the first guy to leave the NHL and go to the upstart WHA.

Episode 153 Renee Young
Great conversation with the Renee Young talking about being Canadian, how she ended up in the WWE and you will notice she curses a lot.

Episode 154 The Great Khali
It’s a good listen, but I had to turn it up loud as his thick accent and deep voice made him a hard to understand.

Episode 155 The Big Show
Great conversation with Show that exceeded what I thought it was going to be.  It’s a long podcast but well worth taking the time to listen to it.

Episode 157 Tyson Kidd & Nattie Neidhart

Talk’n Shop
Episode 52 Finn Balor
I’m a big fan of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson and Rocky Romero is cool too, however I have not been a fan of Talk’N Shop in the past because the format is a bunch of guys sitting in a room and it’s basically chaos and I can’t tell who is talking and some guys are too far from the microphones, it’s just not interesting.
I downloaded this episode because I knew from listening to others that WWE doesn’t allow their wrestlers to appear on Podcasts that aren’t Austin or Jericho.  They even mention this and thank WWE and Triple H for allowing Finn to be on the episode.  This was excellent, just Balor, Anderson and Gallows having a conversation and it was a great one at that.  I only wish it had been longer.  I hope future episodes are like this one.
