Signed Trading Cards: Paul London, Jonathan Gresham, The Batiri

Back on May 13th I attended the Limitless Wrestling event Problematic at the Westbrook Armory, you can read all about it here.  While there I managed to add a few signed cards to the collection.

Paul London

The card on the left is from the Topps 2005 Payback UK card game, the one on the right is from the Topps 2007 Face Off card game.

He also signed one for Canaan from the Topps 2006 Insider Italian set.

Jonathan Gresham

The card on the left is from the Missouri Wrestling Revival set and the one of the right is from the UK Resurrection wrestling magazine set.

I bought the MRW card direct from them here, Gresham had the Resurrection card that I bought off him for $5.

The Batiri: Kodama & Obariyon

I got this card at the Chikara: Blink show I went to this past March in Kennebunk, you can read about that show here.  This card is from the set Chikara released starting back in 2006 releasing cards over the next few months.

Signed Trading Cards: Ricochet, Matt Sydal, Kikutaro, & More

March 17, 2017 I attended Limitless Wrestling "Hysteria" at the Westbrook Armory and my oh my did I score big time adding eleven trading cards to my collection!  You can read my report about the show here.

Ricochet

Two cars signed by the Future of Flight.  The card of the left is from the 2014 King of Pro Wrestling set from Japan.  The second from PWG Bola 2016 fan set made by @Briandabrain.  This really is a fantastic card set.

Matt Sydal

Three cards totals, the first is also from the PWG Bola 2016 set.  The detail that were put into these cards is tremendous!  The second from the 2010 Topps WWE set signed as Evan Bourne the gimmick name he was using at the time.  The third card is from the Japanese 2016 King of Pro Wrestling set.

Kikutaro

Two cards signed by the 23 year Japanese veteran.  The first as Ebessan a character he started portraying in Osaka Pro.  This card is from the 2002 Baseball Magazine card set signed as Ebessan.  The second from the 2005 Baseball Magazine card set, this one as his current character Kikutaro.

Chris Dickinson

The "Dirty Daddy" is a northeast mainstay but has traveled the world  wrestling.  This card come from the United Kingdom part of the 2015 - 2016 Resurrection game set.  When I presented him with the card he got excited about it because it was the first time he'd seen one.  He said they were supposed to send him a bunch but never did.  I referred him to Huskerhavs where I bought this card.

Taeler Hendrix

This card is from the 2013 Tristar TNA Live set and is the only card of her that they released.  Signing with TNA in June 2012 she won a Gut Check challenge and was released in July 2013.

Hornswoggle

Swoggle was an unadvertised surprise guest and I just happened to have these cards in the van.  The first is from the WWE 2006 Lamincards, this is the only Little Bastard card that was released.  The second is from WWE Topps 2010 set as Hornswoggle.

Signed Trading Cards: Chuck Taylor, Davey Richards, Karen Q

Four more independent wrestling trading cards have been added to the collection.  Again I do not purchase the cards off of ebay, I get them signed in person or through the mail direct from the wrestlers.  Sometimes my buddy Roy gets me the hook up getting cards signed.

These two Chuck Taylor cards I recently got signed in person at the Chikara "Blink" event in Kennebunk, Maine on March 4, 2017.  You can read my show report here.  

This first card is from and IPW set produced in California.  These cards are becoming harder to find however they do pop up on ebay and Huskerhav does have few singles left from the set. 

This card I bought from Chikara the day of the show.  They produced a card set from 2006 - 2010 and while they no longer have complete sets they do have a few singles left.  Chuck stated that the picture on the card was from 11 years ago. 

These next two cards my buddy Roy got signed for me when he went to Beyond Wrestling the weekend of January 28/29, 2017 in Massachusetts.  

This card of Davey Richards is from the Missouri Wrestling Revival set series 1.  You can still get complete sets of the cards or singles direct from Brian Kelley on his website here. 

This card of Karen Q I believe is self made, the back features a spot for the autograph instead of biographical information.  For me I would rather have the signature be on the front of the card.  It's a really nice and well made card.

Signed Trading Cards: Santana Garrett, Jeff Cobb, & Devin Blaze

Here are three various independent wrestling trading cards.

IPW Trading Cards 27 - Jeff Cobb

"Mr. Athletic" also know as Matanza in Lucha Underground appeared a Limitless Wrestling show in Orono, Maine where my buddy Roy was able to get this card signed for me.  This particular set of cards was made by a fan and released a couple years back, he got some flack from some of the wrestlers and he quickly sold them off to Huskerhav. Missouri Wrestling Revival series 2 card 23 - Santana Garrett

Once again I have Roy to thank for this card.  The MWR set is produced by Brian Kelley, you can find the cards and instructions on how to purchase them here. Series one had 100 cards, series two has 25 to date.  I've bought a few cards off of Brian and he is fast with shipment.

Devin Blaze playing card

This card I actually got myself at a Limitless Wrestling show.  Roy got me one a few shows back as well.  New England independent wrestler Devin Blaze simply got a deck of playing cards with his image on them.  They fit his character "Funny Man" well and it's cheap merchandise for him.
