Roy's Review: IWE Ultimate Survival November 4, 2017

Here is my review of IWE's Ultimate Survival in Brewer, Maine on November 4, 2017

Match 1: Kalvin Michael Strange defeated Elite Terrell to advance to the finals of the Live Wire Championship Tournament
There were a few awkward spots but overall a solid match and good win for Strange. I didn't expect Terrell to be doing double duty.
5.75/10

In Ring: Kennedi Copeland comes out and says that there aren't any females for her to wrestle tonight so she puts out an open challenge to any of the men in the back.

Match 2: Kennedi Copeland defeated The Dozer
This was a squash and good thing.
3/10

In Ring: The Captain brings out Alexander Lee and Adam Ricker for the Ultimate Survival man advantage coin toss. Like always the heel team wins the coin toss. This was a very uneventful segment.

Match 3: Todd Harris defeated Foxx Vinyer to advance to the finals of the Live Wire Championship Tournament
Good match that I really enjoyed. Great win for Harris considering the size difference and that Vinyer has made appearances with Ring of Honor. If this gets uploaded to YouTube check it out, its good.
7.5/10

In Ring: Todd Harris cuts a promo basically saying how great he is and that he is gonna win the Live Wire Championship next month. Kalvin Michael Strange comes out and stares down Harris while Harris makes fun of him. Then Strange tries to lock on a fujiwara armbar but Harris gets away.

Match 4: The Maine State Posse: Danger Kid, Aidan Aggro &Alexander Lee and The Street: Elite Terrell & Angel Cross and Big Moxie defeated The Station: Adam Ricker, Jason Rumble & Jimmy Limits and The Era of Violence: Rob Marsh & Bill Vaux and JP O'Reilly in Ultimate Survival

The this was a great match that went about 40 minutes. I love crazy brawls like this. The only drawback was that at times there was to much going on and I couldn't watch all of it. This match was a tale of two matches. The first half of the match they were basically wrestling until Jimmy Limits turns on The Station, brogue kicking them all which caused Adam Ricker to be eliminated.

Adam Ricker is pissed and attacked Moxie a baseball bat getting him eliminated. Then Danger Kid freaked out at the referee and there should have been a DQ but then the referee said there were no DQs and all hell then broke loose.

The fight went all over the place. They pretty much only used chairs but they made great use of them. Rob Marsh even teased tacks but for some reason they weren't used. At the end it came down to Danger Kid vs. JP O'Reilly and Bill Vaux. Kid got a quick school boy on Vaux and then quickly made O'Reilly tap out to become the sole survivor.
9/10

The order of entry for Ultimate Survival:
1: Jimmy Limits
2: Aidan Aggro
3: Bill Vaux
4: Angel Cross
5: Jason Rumble
6: Danger Kid
7: Rob Marsh
8: Alexander Lee
9: JP O'Reilly
10: Elite Terrell
11: Adam Ricker
12: Big Moxie

The order of elimination for Ultimate Survival
1: Elite Terrell
2: Jimmy Limits
3: Adam Ricker
4: Big Moxie
5: Alexander Lee
6: Jason Rumble
7: Rob Marsh
8: Angel Cross
9: Aidan Aggro
10: Bill Vaux
11: JP O'Reilly

This show scored a 25.25 out of 40 for an overall score of 63.13%. This was a great show and a great night of action. The bad was kept to a minimum and the good vastly outweighed it. Hopefully this show comes out on DVD because it would be worth buying not only for Ultimate Survival but for Harris vs. Vinyer.

I'm really hoping that Todd Harris wins the Live Wire Championship. He is the most entertaining act that IWE has going right now and has improved tremendously as a wrestler since he first appeared in IWE.

IWE returns in early December

Roy's Review: NXT Lowell 9/21/2017

Here is my review of NXT in Lowell, Massachusetts on September 21, 2017

Match 1: The Street Profits: Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford defeated Riddick Moss & Tino Sabbatelli
About as basic of a tag team match they could have possibly had. Not the way I would have opened the show.
5/10

Match 2: Lars Sullivan defeated Oney Lorcan
This was a 3 minute squash but Oney did get in a little bit of offense before he got annihilated. Great ovation for Lorcan before and after the match.
4.5/10

Match 3: The Iconic Duo: Billie Kay & Peyton Royce defeated Dakota Kai and Liv Morgan
Again another basic tag team match. This time I didn't really care.
4/10

Match 4: Roderick Strong defeated Hideo Itami
Solid match but not nearly as good as I would have expected. Roddy hit a couple sick backbreakers.
6/10

Match 5: The Undisputed Era: Adam Cole, Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly fought Sanity: Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe & Killian Dain to a no contest
This was a good match until the awful ending. Fish and O'Reilly were double teaming Dain when the referee called for the bell. It seemed that it was a DQ but it was ruled a No Contest which made no sense.
6/10

Match 6: Johnny Gargano defeated Raul Mendoza
Awesome match. These guys really put on a show and it really stood out on a show that was full of average at best wrestling. Mendoza even hit a coast to coast which was pretty sweet. Match of the night by about 10 miles.
9/10

Match 7: Kiri Sane defeated Sonya Deville
Solid match with both impressing just the match had to many awkward spots. In the end Sane got the win with her sick top rope elbow.
6/10

Match 8: NXT Champion Drew McIntyre defeated Andrade Almas to retain
This was your typical WWE house show main event. They did just enough to get by and nothing really more.
5.75/10

In Ring: After the main event, The Undisputed Era came out and attacked Drew Mcintyre. Johnny Gargano, Oney Lorcan and The Street Profits tried to make the save but they got beat down too, until Sanity came out and chased off Fish and O'Reilly leaving Cole to get wrecked by everyone in the ring.

This show scored a 46.25 out of 80 for an overall score of 57.81%. After the first match was so average and basic, this show just became a typical WWE house show, except for Gargano vs. Mendoza, that was pretty awesome. If NXT comes back to New England again I won't be in attendance. I was really disappointed with this show.

Roy's Review: Beyond Wrestling Americanrana 2017

Here is my review of the Beyond Wrestling's Americanrana Matinee Show at The White Eagle in Worcester, Massachusetts on July 30, 2017.

Match 1: Brian Milonas defeated Ace Romero
Solid big man match but I enjoyed their match at Paying Paul back in January better. There were a few awkward spots and the Vader Bomb finish was very anticlimactic. Despite that, this was a solid match that saw the action spill to the floor early. Good match to open up the day of wrestling.
7/10

In Ring: Cam Zagami comes out and says that this is AmeriCAMrana. He then makes fun of the crowd and issues an open challenge. Good promo.

Match 2: Josh Briggs defeated Cam Zagami
This was pretty much a quick squash. Briggs got the win with an Inverted Crucifix Powerbomb.
4/10

Match 3: Tracy Williams defeated Mikey Webb
Good match. Mikey Webb had dreads which was really weird. People kept making fun of him and for good reason. I wasn't sure if Webb would be able to keep up with Williams' technical style but I was pleasantly surprised. They both fought hard but in the end Williams got the win with a brutal piledriver.
7.5/10

In Ring: Dan Barry, Ryan Galone, Mike Verna and Rex Lawless come out. Barry says that since Lawless is injured, Verna is his replacement. Barry then issues an open challenge to any serious 6 man team. Out comes The Secret City Soldiers: Da Hoodz and Anthony Stone. Barry then makes fun of them and says that Anthony Stone hasn't been relevant in Beyond Wrestling since 2012. Barry says that his guys don't need him to win so it will be a handicap match.

Match 4: Ryan Galone & Mike Verna w/Dan Barry and Rex Lawless defeated The Secret City Soldiers: Da Hoodz: Davey Cash & Kris Pyro and Anthony Stone in a 2 on 3 Handicap Match.
Solid match with Pyro taking a massive beating. When he finally tagged out they had a ton of fast paced offence including a double coast to coast from Pyro and Stone on Galone while Cash hit a running dropkick at the some time. This was pretty sick. The end came when Stone went to break up Verna trying to powerslam both Pyro and Cash but Lawless hit him with a crutch behind the referee's back allowing Galone to toss Stone on the pile and Verna powerslammed them all for the win.
6.75/10

Match 5: Jay Freddie defeated Rory Gulak
I wasn't really sure if this would be a good match or not. Jay Freddie has become on of my favorite guys to watch but Rory Gulak on the other hand hasn't really done much for me since he stopped doing deathmatches. I was impressed with this match though. Gulak showed that he could more than keep up with Freddie in a techincal battle. The match turned to a hard hitting battle towards the end with Gulak taking a very brutal suplex on the ring apron. Freddie got the win with a Fisherman's Suplex.
7.75/10

Match 6: Tom Lawlor w/His Corner Man defeated Bobby Fish
This match had way to much MMA type stuff for my liking but it did turn out to be a solid match. It looks like Lawlor could become another of the MMA guys to transition well into pro wrestling. Lawlor kept going for a rear naked choke throughout the match but Fish kept getting out until the end when he passed out to one and the referee stopped the match.
6.75/10

Match 7: Brandon Watts defeated AR Fox with Shynron as the special referee
This was an awesome match and by far the best on the matinee show. Tons of action all over the place with it spilling to the floor a bunch of times. Fox went to use a chair but referee Kevin Quinn came out and prevented it. Fox shoved Quinn who ripped off his referee shirt and punched Fox allowing Watts to almost get a win with a school boy. Lots more back and forth action followed until Watts his a frog splash elbow for the win. Check this match out its really good.
9/10

In Ring: Shynron congratulates Brandon Watts on his win and puts him over. He then challenges Watts to a match and Watts accepts.

Overall this show scored a 48.75 out of 70 for an overall score of 69.64%. This was solid show with a ton of good wrestling. The main event really stood out as being the best match and is worth the price of the DVD alone. I'm looking forward to the Brandon Watts vs. Shynron match. That should be awesome.

Here is my review of Beyond Wrestling's Americanrana on July 30, 2017 at The White Eagle in Worcester, Massachusetts

Match 1: Team PAWG: Lufisto & Jordynne Grace defeated Doom Patrol: Chris Dickinson & Jaka

Holy Shit, what a crazy match. Grace took a vicious beat down early with Dickinson hitting a brutal German Suplex on her. When Grace finally got the tag the crowd erupted. Many violent looking moves from both teams. In the end Team PAWG got the surprising win with their running double hip attack move on Jaka. The crowd was super into this match and it was an excellent choice for the opener. One of the best inter gender matches I have ever seen.
8.5/10

In Ring: Chris Dickinson says that without Beyond Wrestling he wouldn't be where he is in his career. He then puts over the fans. Then he makes a toast to Beyond Wrestling with Jaka.

Match 2: Jonathan Gresham defeated Brian Cage
I wasn't to sure about this match. Mainly because I'm getting sick of seeing Gresham in the underdog roll against a guy twice his size, but I was pleasantly surprised. Gresham took a beating until he was able to get a hold of Cage's leg. At that point he did a great job of working the leg. This match was solid throughout until the ending. It was very abrupt with Gresham rolling through a submission attempt into a small package for the win.
7.75/10

Match 3: Jon Silver defeated JT Dunn
What an awesome match. I was really looking forward to this one and it blew away my expectations. Many sick spots and Dunn played a excellent hell. Check this match out, you won't be disappointed.
10/10

Match 4: Chuck Taylor w/Orange Cassidy defeated Swoggle in a TLC Match
This match was crazy right from the get to with Swoggle eating chair in the face right as the bell sounded. Now I'm not really into comedy wrestling but I really enjoyed this one. It saw Massage NV, Johnny Cockstrong, The Swamp Monster, Stan Stylez and Dick Justice get involved. Even Trent Barreta came to photo the chaos. Then end came when Taylor hit a piledriver into a bunch of tacks then he rolled up Swoggle for the win. Check this out its some great comedy wrestling.
7/10

Match 5: EYFBO: Angel Ortiz & Mike Draztik defeated The Lucha Bros: Rey Fenix & Pentagon Jr
Awesome match. Tons of high flying from both teams. Draztik and Penta had some vicious chop exchanges. Check this match out it's excellent. You won't be disappointed!
9.75/10

Match 6: David Starr defeated Donovan Dijak
Very good match here. Great leg work by Starr with some great selling by Dijak. Great back and forth action with a bunch of near falls. Near the end Starr took he microphone and dragged Dijak through the mud calling him a sell out. Dijak then came back with a Feast Your Eyes but only got 2. Starr then hit a brainbuster on his knee then an arm clenched german suplex for the win.
8.5/10

In Ring: David Starr puts over Dijak huge, saying that when Biff Busick left Dijak stepped up and filled the void. He went on to say that he was honored to wrestle Dijak and that Dijak is his favorite wrestler. He then gave him well wishes. Dijak took the microphone and said that his last match for Beyond Wrestling will be on August 13th and it will be against Walter.

Match 7: RPG Vice: Trent Barreta & Rocky Romero defeated Da Hit Squad: Dan Maff & Monsta Mack
This was good very heated battle, especially between Monsta Mack and Trent Barreta. For some reason they hate each other. These guys battled hard and all over place with the fight spilling to the floor. The end came when RPG Vice hit a Dudebuster/Double Stomp for the win.
8.25/10

In Ring: Trent Barreta wanted to shake hands with Monsta Mack but when Mack went to shake hands he spit in Trent's face instead.

Match 8: Joey Janela w/Penelope Ford defeated Matt Riddle
Good main event and much better than I expected. I wasn't really sure how the 2 totally different styles would work together but they did. I don't care for Riddle at all but he impressed me in this one. Janela hit some sick spots, a moonsault to the outside, and he even attempted a somersault onto the apron but Riddle moved and Janela smashed his ass. How he didn't break his tailbone is beyond me. Surprisingly Janela got the win with a Crippler Crossface making Riddle tap out.
8.25/10

This show scored a 68 out of 80 for an overall score of 85% What an awesome show. One of the best I have ever seen live. Everyone fought very hard and put forth their best efforts. Silver vs. Dunn was unbelievable and the intergender tag match was completely insane. When this comes out on DVD do yourself a favor and buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Roy's Review: Limitless Wrestling 2/25/2017

Here is my review of Limitless Wrestling's Do what you love and fuck the rest.
February 25, 2017 American Legion, Orono, Maine

Match 1: Danny Miles defeated Mike Graca
This match was really kinda average and at points kinda boring. Miles is a good wrestler but I find him painfully boring. This wasn't one of Graca's best matches.
5/10

Match 2: Mr. Grim defeated Manny Martinez
Decent match but Martinez is really generic. Grim on the other hand is really good and I would like to see him come back. Grim got the win with a jumping tombstone. After the match he put Martinez in a body bag and carried him to the back.
6/10

Match 3: Jeremy Leary & Skylar defeated Scott Wild & Jimmy Limits
Good tag match here. Wild works really well with Leary and Skylar. Limits did well himself and I would like to see him come back. Wild hit a vicious flying knee on Skylar that almost sent her flying out of the ring. After the match both Leary and Skylar attacked referee Chris Berry.
8/10

Match 4: Xavier Bell defeated Alexander Lee
There was some good ringside brawling but besides that this match was really kinda average. Bell got the win with a brutal piledriver. Nice to see Bell get the win! - Mike
5.5/10

Match 5: Foxx Vinyer defeated Sebastian Cage and Franco Vargo in a Triple Threat Match
I didn't care for this match and it barely kept my attention. Foxx is good as is Cage but this match would have been way better if Vargo wasn't there and it was a singles match.
4/10

Match 6: Tyler Nitro w/Mike Gamble defeated Anthony Bennett
This match was really average. Both guys are good but this match just didn't do it for me and it seemed kinda short. I'm not sure if they were under time constraints or not but if this one had been another 8-10 minutes it may have been better. I was kinda surprised to see Nitro get the win.
6/10

Match 7: JT Dunn defeated Sami Callahan
This was excellent! They beat the hell out of each other all over the place, including a piledriver through a table. Seemed a little short but it was great despite that. Check this match out.
9/10

Match 8: Ace Romero & Anthony Greene defeated The Maine State Posse: Danger Kid & Aidan Aggro
All four guys worked really hard to put on a good match and they did just that. Lots of brutal chops to to both Aggro and Kid. There were even a few moves I had never seen before, like the backdrop into a sit out powerbomb by Ace and Greene on Aggro. Ace got the win after a sick piledriver from Greene on Kid. After the match they teased dissension between Greene and Ace. The crowd was a little dead for the one and I don't think this got the crowd reaction it deserved.
8.75/10

This show scored a 52.25 out of 80 for an overall score of 65.31%. This was a good show where the two main events really stood out. Dunn and Callahan killed it as did the tag main event.

Roy's Review: Ring of Honor Death before Dishonor 2 Part 2

Here is my review of ROH Death before Dishonor 2 Part 2 on July 24, 2004.

Match 1: Rocky Romero w/Julius Smokes and Homicide defeated Chad Collyer
Awesome opening match and an excellent way to open the show. Great action as well as some great submissions. Collyer is super underrated and its a shame he really never made it on a national level. Check this match out its really good.
8.5/10

Match 2: Alex Shelley w/Roderick Strong and Jack Evans defeated Jimmy Jacobs
Another very good match. Jacobs seemed like an underdog in this one and I found myself wanting him to win. Great back and forth action. They really made it seem like Jacobs had a chance to win. In the end Shelley won with a Border City Stretch.
8/10

In Ring: After the match the rest of Generation Next came in and beatdown Jimmy Jacobs until Ricky Steamboat came out to break it up. John Walters and Matt Stryker came out to even the odds. Which lead to ....

Match 3: Generation Next (Roderick Strong and Jack Evans) w/Alex Shelley defeated John Walters and Matt Stryker w/Ricky Steamboat
This was a decent match but it seemed to be a little one sided to me. Walters got beat down for most of the match. During the comeback Shelley tried to interfere which got Steamboat's attention. This brought out Austin Aries who attacked Steamboat from behind and Shelley joined in. Stryker then went to help Steamboat, allowing Strong to hit a Spinal Shock on Walters for the win.
6.75/10

Match 4: Trent Acid defeated Shawn Daivari, Delirious, The Great Kazushi, Danny Daniels and Matt Sydal w/Daizee Haze in a 6 Man Scramble Match
Good fun match with a ton of action all over the place. A little sloppy, but that happens sometimes in matches like this. Otherwise a good match. Acid got the win with Saving Grace on Daivari.
7.25/10

Match 5: Pure Champion Doug Williams defeated Austin Aries to retain
Solid match, but not a great match like you would expect. This was really kinda slow and boring. I really don't care for the rules of the Pure Title which may cause me to not like many of the Pure Title matches. Williams won with a brutal armbar in the ropes.
6/10

Match 6: Low Ki w/Julius Smokes, Homicide and Rocky Romero defeated Mark Briscoe
This was really one sided with Low Ki getting in most of the offense and hitting some really brutal kicks. Ki also did a great job playing heel. Ki got the win with a Dragon Sleeper. After the match he slapped Briscoe around while the rest of the Rottweilers held him.
6.5/10

Match 7: Homicide w/Julius Smokes, Rocky Romero and Low Ki defeated Jay Briscoe
Solid match that started out really hot but then settled down to kind of an average back and forth match. Homicide got the win with a Lariat. After the match Jay gets similar treatment that Mark received earlier.
6.75/10

Match 8: ROH Champion Samoa Joe defeated Colt Cabana to retain
Since this show was in Chicago, Colt was super over. Good match here with lots of great action. Joe hit a ton of super stiff moves that looked like they killed Colt. Colt tried a comeback but got caught on the top and Joe hit a Muscle Buster for the win. After the match The Rottweilers came out and attacked Joe but The Briscoe's made the save. Afterwards Joe and Colt hug and shake hands.
7.75/10

In Ring: Allison Danger comes out wearing a neck brace because Homicide had recently given her a Cop Killer. She blamed her injury on BJ Whitmer and Dan Maff turning on her and quitting the Prophecy. She said that she also hated The Second City Saints and wanted to see both teams get destroyed. She then demanded that barbed wire, ladders and tables be brought out for the next match. She then took a seat near the merch table to watch the carnage.

Match 9: The Second City Saints (CM Punk and Ace Steel) defeated BJ Whitmer and Dan Maff in a Chicago Street Fight
This was the blowoff to a year long feud between these teams that resulted in an awesome match that was very brutal. All four men were bleeding with Whitmer bleeding really bad. Many sick spots with one on Whitmer that needs to be seen. Near the end Maff goes for a chair in the crowd and all of a sudden the entire crowd starts throwing chairs into the ring like in ECW. Ace got the win after a Tombstone threw a table on Whitmer. Check this out, such a great brawl. After the match Generation Next comes out and attacks the Saints. Ricky Steamboat comes out to make the save but gets beat up and duct taped to the ropes and is forced to watch The Saints get beat up.
9.5/10

The show scored a 67 out of 90 for an overall score of 74.44%. A great overall show with two really good matches and one out of this world brawl. Check this show out. You won't be disappointed.

Roy's Review: Ring of Honor Midnight Express Reunion

Here is my review of ROH's Midnight Express Reunion on October 2, 2004.

Match 1: Tag Team Champions: The Rottweilers: Rocky Romero & Ricky Reyes w/Julius Smokes defeated Special K: Izzy & Angeldust w/Lacy, Becky Bayless, Dixie and Cheech to retain

This was a solid match. Nothing really great but solid. This was the first time I've really seen Special K actually hang with another team. Reyes pinned Angeldust after a double guillotine knee drop off the top. After the match Lacey and Becky got into a fight that was broken up the rest of Special K.
6.5/10

Match 2: Jimmy Rave w/Prince Nana and The Outcast Killers defeated Trent Acid, BJ Whitmer and Josh Daniels in a Four Corner's Survival Match

This was okay but not really anything special. There wasn't really any of the fast paced chaos you would expect from a match like this, especially with the names in this one. Throughout the match you could hear Allison Danger, who was at ringside, yell to kill Whitmer. She is still pissed that he quit The Prophecy. Prince Nana grabbed the mic, near the end, and was talking about some random shit I couldn't understand. This was enough of a distraction for Rave to get the win with a Rave Clash on Acid. After the match Allison Danger begged the Embassy to kill Whitmer but they left. Then out of nowhere, The Carnage Crew comes out and annihilates Whitmer, but putting a trash can over his head and beating it with baseball bats. They are pissed that Mick Foley called Whitmer and Maff the Ring of Hardcore and not them.
6.25/10

Match 3: Low Ki w/Julius Smokes defeated Jay Lethal

This match continues with the what seems like the theme of the night, a decent match but nothing really more than that. This is the 3rd match I have seen with Low Ki as a member of the Rottweilers and I've decided that he is really boring with the group. He was way better as a bad ass face. During the match Smokes and Ki taunted and even spit on Lethal's mother, who was in the front row. This really fired up the crowd. Ki got the win with a Dragon Sleeper. After the match he hit Lethal with a vicious head kick.
6.75/10

Match 4: Nigel McGuinness defeated Homicide w/Julius Smokes

A great technical performance from Nigel but the match was kinda boring because it was so one sided. Homicide didn't really get much offense in but when he did, he did a great job of selling his arm injury. Nigel go the win with a surprise roll up.
6.5/10

Match 5: Generation Next: Alex Shelley, Austin Aries, Roderick Strong & Jack Evans defeated CM Punk, Ace Steel, John Walters & Jimmy Jacobs w/Ricky Steamboat in an Elimination Match

A good solid match and I really liked the fact that it went about 35 minutes. I can't stand elimination matches that only go about 10-15 minutes. There is no time to build anything. Jimmy Jacobs took a massive beating and was out first. About 5+ minutes later Ace eliminates Evans after a Spinal Shock. 40 seconds later Aries eliminates Ace after a crucifix bomb. Strong introduces a chair that Punk intercepts but gets caught using it and is DQed.

Steamboat gets pissed because he had given a promo about how he hates the garbage wrestling that Mick Foley did and Punk did just that by using a chair. This was a really stupid way for Punk to be eliminated. Walters is left 3 on 1. Walters did manage to eliminate Strong after 3 back stabbers. Strong then tried to introduced a chair again but was intercepted by Steamboat and they battled to the back. Walters then gets dominated by Shelley and Aries and finally goes down after a 450 Splash from Aries. After the match Shelley and Aries argued over who was gonna take the ROH Title from Samoa Joe.
7/10

Midnight Express Reunion

In Ring: Jim Cornette, Bobby Eaton, Stan Lane and Dennis Condrey come out talk about how much they like working with each other and how great they thought ROH was. Cornette says that the only one missing was Big Bubba. Prince Nana then comes out and says that he has a new member of the Embassy. Out comes Ricky Morton with Jimmy Rave and The Outcast Killers. Morton says that ROH shouldn't be honoring The Midnight Express because they only won the tag titles twice and the Rock N' Roll Express won the 5 times. Not mention The Rock N' Roll kicked their ass the last time they were in Philadelphia. Cornette and Morton then go back and forth with a good verbal battle. This leads to a brawl between The Embassy and The Midnight Express. The Express fight off Rave and the Outcast Killers. Morton the shoves Prince Nana to the wolves so he can make his getaway. The Express then annihilates him with a Rocket Launcher. Cornette then puts on his crown. Good segment. Very entertaining.

Match 6: Ring of Honor Champion: Samoa Joe defeated "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson to retain

Great match. Check this one out. Tons of great techincal wrestling with a bunch of ringside brawling mixed in. Danielson even called Joe a Mother F*cker, which really surprised me. Danielson fought extremely hard but ended up tapping to a Coquina Clutch. After the match CM Punk comes out and says he wants a rematch with Joe because he was the only man that Joe hasn't beaten since he became champion. Danielson then said that Punk's match wasn't as hard as his and he deserves a rematch more.

Generation Next then comes out and attacks Punk. Joe and Danielson just watch. Aries got in their faces so they joined in the fight. The Rottweilers then join the fight, taunting Joe with his stolen title belt. The fight continues until Low Ki and Danielson stare down Joe. Danielson then announces his partner will be Low Ki in the match vs. Joe and Jushin Liger.
9/10

Overall this show scored a 42 out of 60 for an overall score of 70%. Check this show out for two things. The Midnight Express segment and the Title match. Both were great.
